Hi Everyone! I bought my YG 4 diamond love today. However, what a mess. The first one the SA wanted to give me had a rough-edged screw from the screw driver slipping. The SA immediately found me another one, no questions asked. She really is wonderful. However, when I was looking at the new one, I thought I saw a pretty decent scratch with my naked eye. The SA looped it and said she didn't see anything. I thought I was being nuts and maybe it was just a reflection from the light. Of course when I got home, I looked at it under a magnifying glass and clear as day, there is a scratch…almost like a bunch of dots from a machine. The edge of the bracelet along this area (where the top of the bracelet meets the side) also has 3 rough spots that, not only can I see when I look closely, but can feel with my nail. Like pitting or bad finish work.

I feel absolutely crazy but I just spend $10k on a bracelet. It should be in absolute perfect condition. I understand I will scratch it up over time, but it shouldn't be this way when I buy it. I could live with the scratch, but the 3 rough spots on the edge of bracelet when it should be smooth really has me upset. Let me say again how patient and kind my SA is, but am afraid I'm driving her nuts.

I called my SA as soon as I got home, took off the bracelet and she said she was going to order me a new one and not open it. Am I being totally off the charts crazy or would you all feel the same and also want an exchange? What would you do?

This thread is for authentication. As that doesn't seem to be an issue here perhaps post in the Cartier subforum ? Thanks.

Hello all! I just purchased a LOVE and I was under the assumption that the hallmark inside of the bracelet, next to the AU750 should be in a four sided 'diamond' shaped hallmark marked with a C, siggily S and an A, as referenced in a post above. My bracelet's hallmark is in a rectangular box with letters that look like P G I. Note, I'm not referencing the serial number, just the hallmark stamped next to the AU 750. Please take a look at your LOVE's and let me know if it's the same as mine or different and what the hallmark means. For reference, I purchased the 10 diamond LOVE. TIA!!!

Hi everyone, I'm trying to decide between two Tiffany Elsa Peretti Eternal Circle pendants. Choices are:

1) Small version in yellow gold ImageUploadedByPurseForum1458532056.625647.jpg

2) A Sterling silver and yellow gold version on a 20" Sterling chain

My concerns:
Did Tiffany make a Sterling and yellow gold version? I can only find an old listing for a Sterling and rose gold version on their site. Also, the first pendant says "Tiffany & Co" on the back, while the two on the second photo say "T&Co." Normal?

Thanks so much for any help.

Hello everyone!! I would like to ask for helppp!!! I found this lovely cartier love bracelet on ebay and i would like to ask you.. Does it seems fake to you? So do you think is fake? Thanks!!!! ImageUploadedByPurseForum1458583366.679720.jpg

Hi everyone!
I'm hoping you can help me. I bought a 4-diamond cartier love in yellow gold from a seller with 100% rating on ebay. The seller was responsive, texted prior to the purchase, and offered a 14-day return, so I went ahead and purchased the bracelet. I received it today, and while it feels and looks good to me (I have a rose gold one I bought at a cartier boutique a couple years back, so that's my frame of comparison), I wanted to double check with the experts on this forum.
What is worrying, is that there are no 'au 750' markings on this bracelet, and when I googled "cartier", followed by the serial #, a couple hits came up on google, although when i went to the pages, I couldn't find the items. Again, the seller texted and said she'd be willing to take it back anytime, so I'm not feeling too bad about it, but I would really appreciate your take on this.
Thank you!

I'd steer clear of this one. It's fake.

dear authenticators, i received an interlocking triple silver tiffany bangle today and a few things look & feel rather different to the one i already own (which is a double version with 1 bangle being rose gold and purchased directly from tiffany).

so here are some pictures of the bangle that came in the mail today:

some comparison shots of my silver/rose gold bangle:

both together (with the one purchased from tiffany on top and upside down):

has tiffany changed its logo over the years? i am definitely seeing various aberrations. also, the 925-stamp in my 'original' is filled with the numbers imprinted where the logo of the triple bangle is not filled and the numbers raised.
lastly the logo inside the triple bangle in probably 3-times as large as the 1 inside my silver/rose gold bangle.
hm...
help!
