Currently we do not have an Hermes authenticator, you'll need to use a paid service.
Please do not ask in off topic threads for opinions or start new threads. Thanks!

Please note there is no chatting allowed on this thread.

All authenticators are volunteers and may choose to answer posts or not as they individually see fit. For guidelines on what/how to post look at the beginning of this thread.

If you find your post ignored it may be for any reason

'bumping', 'begging' or have a hissy fit will not help
'Barking' when others try to help you will not help
Playing the 'unfair' card will not help.

If reg. members see a post that does not qualify for help you are of course free to prompt the poster (or ignore) but do not get drawn into an argument.

If you find posters rude or breaking tPF rules please report.

This Hermes birkin is marked as vintage on Vestiaire Collective. I have not come across any vintage birkins or haut a courroies that look like this, but wanted to see if any experts can offer any further opinion. I know Vestiaire Collective has buyers submit photos that must be approved beforehand, so I would assume most of what gets on is authentic. But, this one is really off looking. Any thoughts??? Thank you.

Here is the page and link to the bag. Photos below as reference.View attachment 4830550View attachment 4830551View attachment 4830552View attachment 4830553
this has been removed from sale i just checked

Thank you. I'll reach out to see if i can request more photos.

Can you please look at my request posted last Thursday regarding a bag on ebay? Thank you!
I did not reply because this seller does not show sufficient photos either. Please familiarize yourself with the first post of this thread that gives a list of photos required. If listings are lacking photos or what is shown is impossible to see properly there is no point asking for independent authentication.

Thank you. I'll reach out to the seller for more photos. So if the seller is able to provide more photos as requsted via private message but not posting publicly, will you still be able to authenticate if i add those photos here? Or do those photos have to be added to the listing for you to be able to authenticate?

It is always a good idea to be sure the source of the pictures is a bag actually in the sellers possession. If they are added to a listing usually that is clear but not always. I advise caution.

Please bear in mind this is a courtesy service and authenticator time is limited to my free time. Back and forth picture exchanges and in depth comments about some pictures OK others not etc. is beyond the scope of this thread. Thanks.
