Can someone help me with this one? A clasemate sold me a Dogon Duo because she needed funds during quarantine.

I received it and saw a few issues:
1.) Zipper is suspect, as it is just a letter H.
2.) The leather doesn't seem supple enough to me, plus no lambskin lining.
3.) Speaking of lining, some pockets are lined with a fabric that had the brand's name, but I don't recall the brand doing that. And the worst: the pockets in front are lined with this canvassy thing.
4.) No date stamp, and the brand's stamp has faded.
5.) The leather is fraying on the credit card slots.

Details that are shown are consistent with an authentic item. The bag is 2003 manufacture, it is expected that it will show wear.
