Currently we do not have an Hermes authenticator, you'll need to use a paid service.

All authenticators are volunteers and may choose to answer posts or not as they individually see fit. For guidelines on what/how to post look at the beginning of this thread.

If you find your post ignored it may be for any reason

'bumping', 'begging' or have a hissy fit will not help
'Barking' when others try to help you will not help
Playing the 'unfair' card will not help.

If reg. members see a post that does not qualify for help you are of course free to prompt the poster (or ignore) but do not get drawn into an argument.

If you find posters rude or breaking tPF rules please report.

Comments: Found this Birkin on my local site. The price seems to good to be true, therefore I am hesitating. I asked for more information and a picture of the invoice since she doesn't give any information in the listing. The leather is Togo and color is Etain she told me.

We don't authenticate from these kinds of selling sites. The pictures are so small they are useless also. I am sorry.

Hello this is my first time to post here. If i made a mistake. I apologize :-)

I would like to ask for your help in authenticating this Hermes Lindy I recently purchased at a local store here. Theyre reputablr but with all the fakes nowadays its hard to tell. I only have the bag no dustbag and papers etc. Any help you can extend is greatly appreciated! :-)

Hi - the first post states that only active listings will be looked at.
Since you already own the bag, you can always use a paid Authenticator - Bababebi is highly respected and very responsive. :flowers:

I dunno if it matters but i am considering to buy the bag. I havent paid for it. i just want to know if the makers mark 177a is a know counterfiet code. all checks out except for that.
