Authentic Kelly. It is indeed X year 2016. I believe it is a typo in the description.

The listing says the bag has been recently revitalised in the Hermès store in Sydney, so if that's true it should mean it's authentic. The seller is definitely located in Sydney.
I'm sorry there are no pictures from the side, I can't get in touch with the seller.
