Currently we do not have an Hermes authenticator, you'll need to use a paid service.

All authenticators are volunteers and may choose to answer posts or not as they individually see fit. For guidelines on what/how to post look at the beginning of this thread.

If you find your post ignored it may be for any reason

'bumping', 'begging' or have a hissy fit will not help
'Barking' when others try to help you will not help
Playing the 'unfair' card will not help.

If reg. members see a post that does not qualify for help you are of course free to prompt the poster (or ignore) but do not get drawn into an argument.

If you find posters rude or breaking tPF rules please report.

Hello guys, just to be 100% before i buy my first vintage Birkin, can you authentify it? The seller is super nice, the girl who introduced us is super truthful, but it's an investment, i'm not an expert and i want to be 200% sure.

The bag was originaly beige and colored in black, it's vintage 1996IMG_0014.JPGIMG_0015.JPGIMG_0017.JPGIMG_0018.JPGIMG_0019.JPGIMG_0021.JPGIMG_0022.JPGIMG_0023.JPGIMG_0024.JPG

Comments: I have already emailed the seller to ask for additional pictures because the current ones are rather lacking, so I will update this post if they send me better photos. Another red flag is that the seller has very little feedback and has only sold 2 bags (1 Celine and 1 other Birkin).
