I bought this bag a couple of years ago for £5 and I was pretty sure it was fake when I received it and have left it in my wardrobe since. I thought I would look for confirmation of my instinct before I decide on its fate. Thank you.

I'm not allowed to make true or false comments according to the forum rules, but as a consumer I don't think I've ever seen craftsmanship similar to what you've posted pictures of on my authentic bag.

Thank you for the explanation! I also would think if anything feels off it's better to take it as a "no" - was just wondering because most of the things look "right." I will also maybe look at a Delvaux (Tempete) in real life next week, so I am also planning on not just checking details but going by an overall "rightness" feeling.

Dear All, I am looking at a Tempete MM that looks very good, has mirror, dust bags etc.; now a very soecific question: is the number of double stitches that go across in the leather pieces on the side that hold the sangles always the same? I may have spotted a difference there, but don’t want to be paranoid. I just know from Hermès that the stitch number is fairly consistent…
