I'm sorry to tell you this one is pretty well made counterfeit. The stitching on the bag is not quite fine enough. Heat stamp is not really stamped on well. The obvious one is the fonts on the zipper pull. The font is totally wrong & not sharp.

Awe man! Thank you so much. I’ll try to return it and get my money back. I was very suspicious based on the stitching as well (esp. the back left circular portion) but I loved it so much I didn’t want to believe it. Hate to let it go but I’ll post here before buying next time!

Hi, could someone please authenticate this Lingot? It’s a relatively new model and I couldn’t find many unboxing videos online. My main concern is this bag doesn’t have the D shaped patch around the lock after opening the bag. The ones shown on Delvaux’s website have such a patch. I’ve got a screenshot circulating the patch I meant. Many thanks!

Hi. I wonder if the bags from the initial 2022 release didn’t have the extra leather panel. I saw a youtube video (in a language I do not speak or understand, unfortunately) that shows a tan bag just like yours that also does not have the supplemental panel. But I have no idea - considering that I don’t speak the language in the video she might be reviewing dupes for all I know! Lol. Perhaps the company can help?

Thank you! I asked Delvaux and they told me the ones without the panel were gifted to friends of the brand (presumably for the purpose of marketing and promotion) before the formal release of Lingot. The video is in Korean - I can ask one of my Korean friends to help.

Interesting! That’s great info in case anyone ever comes across one in the resale mkt. How do you like the bag, btw? It’s been on my radar screen since it was released but I haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Also - do you know if there’s a reason why the strap overlaps in 2 places? I’m just curious - I’m assuming it was very deliberate but I don’t know. I meant to ask the SA at SCP the last time I was there but I got distracted by a beautiful gray-ish toned brillant, I completely forgot!

Looks like genuine ostrich but not genuine delvaux. That bag has no structure and the hardware is way off and no idea what that snap is for because there shouldn’t be one.

Hi all, I would like to buy this Deux de Delvaux but i’m pretty sure it’s a fake. It doesn’t have the 4 stands at the bottom like other Fregate I see on the internet and it’s very flimsy looking. It also seems strange that a the outside logo is Deux de Delvaux and the inside Delvaux. Please let me know
