Hi There,
I know this isn't the exact right place to put this but I have been searching the website for over half an hour and I can't seem to find anywhere else that may be able to help.
The attached bag belongs to my Aunt who has dementia. She is going into a home and we have been asked to sell some of her belongings. She said that she bought the bag in 2004 in Paris. That is all the information I can manage to make any sense out of. I have looked into having the bag authenticated using a paid service called Authenticate My Bag. I have uploaded the photos and paid the fee but have heard nothing and now getting worried that it is a scam. If anyone knows of any paid service I could use please could they let me know.

Thank you so much. I will post additional photos on here to to see if anyone can give me an idea as to whether the bag is genuine. I would like to know before I pay another authentication fee. I have paid $18 to Authenticate my Bag and have heard nothing at all!

Wow that is amazing but it is not this bag. I am in the UK although it looks like the same style (not sure what that is) I will have a look at the guidelines and see if I can manage to get the rest of the information and pre-requisiting photos. I have emailed authenticate4u.com. I did contact etincelerauthentications.com but they responded that they are not doing any Chanel single flap bags at the moment due to super fakes. Thank you again for all your help. Off to page 1!

If you follow gail13's guidance you might get it authenticated here
Thank you so much for your prompt response. I had no idea and feel sorry for whoever wins it. I have reported to Ebay and posted on the fake Chanel forum and hope it helps someone.
Etinceler should probably still be able to do this one too

OK here goes. I have looked at the post 1058 and also the response in post 1068 which states that the bag has been relines - hence nothing to do with my bag.
