I’m not an authenticator - at all...but in her selling history (as you stated) ...check out how many VIP gift card holders, s/he has sold, (for $50). Food for thought

I agree. I am not optimistic that any of these "VIP gift" items are authentic but I thought I'd ask on this thread because searching the forum didn't provide much information and I was curious. Also, my understanding is that questions on authentication are not allowed on other threads.

I bought this item second hand and I thought it was authentic but now I’m questioning the shape and stitching of the tail of the strap, the metal logo engraving on the side seems to have a different font that the other authentic ones I’ve seen but I’m also not a pro so I’m not 100% sure. There’s also 2 over stitched areas in between the pillars (not sure the term) in the back of the bag which I’m not sure about because I thought Chanel bags have awesome stitching.

Authentic. It's looks like 12A, yes. If it's a brighter red (sometimes hard to tell due to lighting), it's 12A. 12P also had red Reissues, but it's a darker red.
