I have been thinking about buying a Rockie but I read in a review on Nordstrom's website that the hardware turns green with use?? Like a cheap piece of jewelry. Has anyone had this experience?
I've had my black Rockie for a little while and the hardware is a little but scuffed, but definitely not green. If I have any quibble with my bag it is how heavy the leather is, but I've bumped it so many times and it's keeping up, so I know that weight is keeping my bag in one piece.

Hi, please help me for this bag :smile1:

Thank you so much! Can I ask..are you sure??

Sorry I don't mean to undermine your expertise. --It's just, I'm new to getting into designer handbags and clothing. While I am sold on the fabric quality and craftsmanship, the price still has me out of my seat! Yet, I know if it's the real thing it is worth it. I am totally willing to pay $$$ this bag, but if it isn't real I wouldn't be able to forgive myself for spending so much on a fake!

Funny thing I would rather pay full price for a brand new bag, just to know it's the real thing. It just seems like Alexander Wang isn't doing the Darcy Hobo purse anymore. That makes me SO sad. I am in love with this bag, just obsessed!

Anyway long story short, How can you tell exactly that this purse is the real deal from the 'made in china' tag and the links. Also, is it still possible it could be a well done fake? Or is there clear cut tells as to why it isn't?

Teeeaach MEee! :wtf::shocked::weird::worthy::smartass::D

I am certain the bag in the photos is authentic, however; this does not guarantee you will receive the same bag. I know from experience, some sellers use borrowed photos.
I'm giving my opinion based on the photos in the auction.
I can't give you specifics as to what I look for to authenticate because it helps the counterfeiters. What I can tell you is that based on the collection of details, not just MIC tag, the bag in the photos is authentic.
I'm not sure how much buyer protection you have through poshmark. I've never purchased high end designer items through Poshmark.
