Hi! I just got this Anita bag and was expecting the leather to be more like the Mini Rocco i have and totally adore. Does anyone know what type of leather this is made of? Is it wild boar maybe. It's not very soft, and i'm starting to doubt it authenticity. Please help me authenticate this bag. thx

ps- my biggest concerns are the stitching on the center compartment and uneven edges where the interior fabric was cut and sewn.

Authentic:tup:
I own Daria, made with the same leather. It's not soft, almost pleather like. I'm not sure what it's made of. It doesn't have the same leather smell as Rocco either.
The stitching is another AW quality control issue. I've sent several bags back for similar reasons.

It's sewn in the lining.
Sorry to say a receipt means nothing. I have a stack of shopbop receipts from bags I returned.
If the seller can't find the MIC tag ask for a photo with a clear view of lining and a photo of the engraved hardware. A clear view of the interior will help a lot.
