No red flags, you can ask for a photo of the MIC tag.
I have purchased from this seller myself and know she sells authentic. I wouldn't have a problem buying from her without additional photos, but you can ask for good measure. ;)

I bought a rocco online because it looked authentic but when I got the package today I realized that it only had 4 rows of studs on the bag, and I know that it usually has 5. Is it an older style that I'm not aware of?

Its black with black studs without the shoulder straps or the outside pocket/flap that the regular rocco has. In general after looking at it it seems to be the real deal and it also came with the tags, just needed to know to be a 100% sure.
