Hi, does anyone know if this is a reputable seller? I think it's NOT, but is there anything that can be done to stop someone like this who sells a mass of fake bags, since they use a stock photo?

Nothing can be done about the photos. eBay allows photo sharing and many sellers use "borrowed" photos.
