I just won this bag in a swedish auction, can´t really see if this bag is real or fake? Help:wtf::faint:

I was at Barneys Coop and was looking at a black Rocco with brass studs. I could not find the MIC tag when I went searching for it. I turned the bag inside out a few times. I then told the Barneys SA and we both looked. There was not one in this particular Rocco. She thought it was strange but never the less it was an authentic AW Rocco.

MIC tag is not always the best way to determine whether an AW is authentic or not. As I just posted the one Barneys Coop Rocco had no MIC tag. Take your bag in question to a Barneys, Barneys Coop, or if you're in NY take it to AW Showroom on Broadway for authentication. As some bloggers posted pictures make it harder to authenticate. With mass production of a certain product not every item will be the same.

There are so many good fakes out there that is getting harder to tell. I tell myself that if you want an authentic AW bag stay away from ebay or ioffer. It is worth to get it at an authorized dealer who work with AW Corporate directly. Then you'll have no worries:)

I've heard that there have been cases where people buy an auth. bag from the retailer and then bring a fake one back for refund. I'm not saying that the bags w/o MIC tags are because of that, but it's just a thought. :)
