Not much help myself, as I have only one AMQ scarf, but try going to the AMQ site:
http://www.alexandermcqueen.com/scarf-boutique/skull-scarves/silk-skull-scarves/ACFA,en_US,sc.html
where you can see the current scarves and enlarge the photos. Don't forget to compare the dimensions given for this scarf and the ones on the website.
My opinion is that this one is fake. A new chiffon scarf is over $295. My scarf is not this style unfortunately so it is hard to compare.
The scarf on the AMQ site has a bit of a grain to the silk whereas this one is smooth. The edges of the scarf also appear to be machine rolled, the real scarves I own and have looked at have very tightly hand-rolled edges. This one has machine rolled edges, you can see the even machine stitches if you blow up the photo.
Some of the AMQ skull designs are made in Asia, especially this style. Oddly she claims the scarf is made in Italy.Perhaps this is an older scarf that was not made in Asia.
As to the bag, it's fake. The BIN price is too low; if I were to sell one of my AMQ bags I would ask at the minimum half of its original cost, and they cost from $1200 up. A small snakeskin clutch is about $2000. It is obvious from her description that she knows about these bags as she copied the advertising from somewhere.
Finally look at the bag.... the snakeskin looks fake and the metal casting on the knuckleduster is not the quality of AMQ bags which are beautiful, elaborate and detailed castings, one of the best bits about an AMQ clutch actually are the metal details. Pearls in the eyes are done when there are pearls on the bag, otherwise there are crystals (various colors but usually clear) and this is not a pearl bag. The pearls in the eyes on this are not set deeply. I I would be really really suspicious.
I have seen authentic AMQ on eBay but I doubt sincerely that this one is worth a bid.
Hope this helps,
