Clic clac Hermes bracelets. Are they worth it?

It really is a matter of whether they are worth it to YOU. I have two: black with GHW and white with GHW. The quality is excellent. I love them, but I don't think they are practical for me to continue buying. You could go crazy with all of the color options, and I don't see myself matching pink, red, blue etc to my daily outfits. So, I drifted into H leather wrap bracelets (Kelly Double Tour, Rivale Double tour), and I actually like those better. But I still stick with classic black. Maybe I'll branch out one day!

I think they are great for staple colors. (Been wanting a black with GHW one and a light pink with GHW one.) Some people do make the really crazy prints and colors work, but for my lifestyle, I prefer the solid colors. I prefer fine jewelry if I'm going to wear jewelry that day, so in order to get more wear out of it, I would probably choose neutral colors for myself. (I think they're wonderful, and would love to be getting 3 or 4 of them, but don't think I would build up an entire costume jewelry collection, for my current needs and lifestyle.)

But this is only my opinion for my own lifestyle and current needs. I have seen other people rock these Hermes Clic Clacs in bolder colors and crazy prints, this one girl I know even makes it a whole look (plans her daily outfit around her Clic Clacs.), and I think it looks marvelous on them.
Another thing to consider, is the price increases. I have no idea how it works with Hermes, only how it works with Chanel. But if a Hermes Clic Clac is something you have been wanting or pondering about for years, then absolutely get it before the price sky rockets. You'd have to check facts on when their increases are, and if it affects Hermes costume jewelry.

They look beautiful but i dont think ill spend that amount of money for this when i can spent the same on another in real gold. You basically buy it for its name. Its cute but i dont think it is worth the price. Still, my opinion doesnt matter if you really love that piece. My husband told me i can buy something cheaper and even with thicker gold than that cartier trinity ring and it wouldnt also be worth much when i pawn it but i still went ahead and had him buy it for me. Im still happy with it regardless. So if you like it, its value would depend on how much you like it, then go for it. People can say all they want but you still follow what your heart wants. I believed everything my dh told me against that trinity ring, in fact, i thought so too but my heart was screaming for me to buy it despite my misgivings about it.

It's so subjective, is it worth it compared to Chanel's pearl bracelet? Yes, it is as Chanel's glass pearls will chip off over time.

Is it worth it compared to any gold bracelet? No, I would rather get gold for the trade in value.

Is it worth it compared to Pandora bracelet? Yes, cause I never like Pandora.

Is it more worth it than Tiffany's silver bracelet? Yes, without a doubt, hate how silver tarnishes.

Would I buy Hermes enamel bracelet? Yes, I only wanted one and now I have four. I love the Charniere over the Clic Clac. They are way more durable than Chanel's pearl, Swarovski, Pandora.

Would I buy more Hemes enamel bracelet? Yes yes yes!

I have three left, I used to collect them and after realising how much I'd spent on a non precious metal I sold them to fund a cartier love. They're cute but I prefer diamonds. That being said - they are such beautiful colours.

I go back and forth with my thoughts on these and have bought and then sold several... currently I have one in white with GHW and wear it almost every day alongside my fine jewellery. I would like to get another with SHW to stack with my watch. I know they are overpriced but I like the look, especially stacked.

This is such a personal question. I have one (a lovely narrow turquoise with GHW) but speaking frankly I don't get a lot of wear out of it. I can't see myself buying another one, although I admire them on others.

I have one and I think it will be my last. I do love it and wear it a lot, but it's a lot of money just for a name. Also, if I do decide to buy again I will buy pre-loved if the condition and price is right.

Hrm. I like to collect things and was recently rethinking my jewellery (mainly 18k white and yellow gold, which I hate traveling with ... it's too easy to put something down in a hotel room). I was giving the Hermes bracelets some serious thought (not necessarily the clic clacs but the enamel bangles, which I thought might be fun for everyday wear). When I looked at the money, I tended to think Frey Wille was a better option. That said, I'm not in Europe, so it would be hard to collect.

I opted to go for collecting high end silver pieces (Yurman, Hardy, Tiffany, Lagos) instead. I can easily mix and match and it's elegant without being stuffy for everyday. And, because I'm lazy, I shoot for rhodium plated, so low-tarnish.
