I am trying to decide between these two. For those that have both, which do you use and why? TIA!
It really comes down to what you intend on using it for!
While the Key Pouch is intended for keys, as the name states, I found myself using it more as a card holder and occasionally with cash and very minimal coins. However, it got frustrating having to fold my notes every time so that the zipper pull doesn't get stuck on a note from it sticking out the wrong way and it was overall just really inconvenient storing cash that way. I didn't like the idea of keeping coins in there either and was quite pedantic ensuring that the coins wouldn't rub up against the large clasp hook to reduce wearing of the gold hardware. The images attached show my newer monogram Key Pouch which was a replacement from my boyfriend as the one I purchased for myself last year was stolen, since receiving this one I haven't used it much because I'm trying to preserve it as it holds great sentimental value. Besides keys, cards, cash and coins, the Key Pouch can be used to carry plenty of other things, especially when you're running errands and just need a few things on you.
As for the 6 Key Holder... It never quite caught my eye until I saw one of my girl friends with it and held it, got a feel of what it was like and observed it in person (I have watched plenty reviews and comparisons on YouTube) and still, I didn't quite like it. She recommended it and said it would get some getting used to and eventually I bit the bullet and decided to buy one for myself, fortunately I have absolutely no regrets and I'm even glad that I purchased it for my keys! The major con I can say though is that if you have a standard car key where the key part actually protrudes, it may bother you when you close the 6 Key Holder and the bottom of the key is sticking out. On the other hand, some of the pros is that I love that you can hot stamp the interior, which obviously is not possible on the Key Pouch, your keys will look AND feel more organised and I also feel more carefree with the 6 Key Holder as well, not having to worry too much about distorting or stretching the canvas (which can happen with the Key Pouch when zipped up with too much packed inside, or even a thick key fob). The canvas on my 6 Key Holder is also a lot thicker than my Key Pouch as well, making it much more durable. The 6 Key Holder also has a slip pocket behind where your keys sit and it can fit a card or two, depending on the thickness of the cards, however I don't store any cards there as 95% of my cards including my drivers license are in my phone.
Overall, I know for the price point and versatility, the Key Pouch definitely takes the cake and it's such a cute piece regardless of the canvas you pick. However, if you're strictly after something just for your keys, I recommend the 6 Key Holder!
