Hi All, My passport cover was delivered this Monday, and it has a strong scent. I was thinking it would go away on its own, but it hasn't. :(
I am not sure if I would be able to snag another one if I return this. What do I do?

I wish I could help you...I shop in both the Boston store and the boutique in the Boston Saks but don't have a relationship with a particular SA. I have one in the Natick store as that's the closest to me but I'm going to try and find a new one because he's really not helpful or responsive. Good luck!

Have you tried Andrew or Rrin in Natick? Boston is terrible. I use Boston Saks (nicole, Devon, Vanessa was promoted so I don’t think she is there much). Otherwise I have everything shipped to Massachusetts from other places:)

Actually Andrew is who I generally work with....I feel like he never has info about doing pre-orders and he is very random with his response times when I text him...I'm in there quite frequently and have bought a lot in the last couple years. I'd love to be loyal to him (someone) but not sure he cares

Hi all, could I ask for those who have purchased the round coin purse - is your coin purse all fine and or is it slightly warped? I got mine and as pictured it is slightly warped and I have seen some others’ on Instagram which looks slightly scrunched too.. is that normal? Would you keep it or ask for exchange? It is hard to get and looks like others are same too? Appreciate your feedback.

I would keep it. It's not bad at all and when you put coins in it, the canvas will smooth out.
