I got a double zip from website 2 weeks ago. And today CA got me a mini pochette, picking up tomorrow. I've been stalking website multiple times a day and couldn't get any mpa, so I finally gave up and messaged CA and she got me one 2 days later. I think there's definitely better chances with CA instead of website.

@AleeLee did you get a shipping notification yet? I’ve been asking at my store but they said it’s not available for order yet and was going to try CS like you did. Curious if your order has progressed at all.

No update yet. I did; however, call in and inquire about my order. I asked if it was likely that it would be cancelled. The CA said that she could see that there was enough availability when my order was placed and everything looks fine. I asked if it would take up to 3 months like the other agent mentioned. She said it would probably be more like 14 days or less. I also had her check availability on the RCP. She said that she could see quantities available to preorder. I said that I'd wait a day and think about that one. She said that I should be fine to wait a day, but any longer then that, they might not be available to order. That was on Sunday. I didn't call back for the RCP.
 
I believe that is how the new illustre keychains look with the date code on the back. It is annoying but there must have been authenticity issues so now LV is stamping them. You would think they could be more discreet.
Thank you, also excalibur for the answers. I rather assumed that this was a mistake. I don't understand why there have to be 2 codes on it. And for an article that is cheaper in relation to the other articles, this is in no relation to me. Since I wanted to have the back with a hot stamping, I am considering sending it back. The back should be shown on the homepage with the data codes and not without.
Actually, I was hoping to be able to exchange it, but when everyone is like that, it doesn't make sense.
But apparently I'm the only one she bothers.
 
I just got a call back from customer service that I emailed pictures yesterday. The lady told me that it shouldn't look like this with the two data codes.
How is it with the others who received a Bag Charm from the collection? Do you have this codes?

I have two codes on the back as well, I think it is the "new normal" for Christmas bag charms this year. :smile: I watched unboxing videos on Youtube, and they all have two codes stamped on the back like mine.

You should exchange for something else it if it bothers you. I definitely understand your concern- all of the printing on the back makes it look busy especially if you also hot stamp it. Sadly LV feels the need to do this on authentic items.
 
The roller coaster MP in this YouTube video shows the fleurs/flowers on the bottom and not LVs. I am not sure why your MP is different.

Yepp, you are right! I am pretty sure flowers at the bottom is the norm as well. The pics on LV website and all the unboxings and even my Pochette Accessoires is with flowers.
I was surprised when I saw mine. Seems like whoever made it had a change of mind and tried something new on this piece! :biggrin:
 
You gals must have very good SA. My old SA no longer works with LV and they assigned me to this new gal. I'd placed my order a long time ago and she couldn't get a single thing for me. :frown:


Oh that sucks. I had the same experience once and the newbie SA promised me the world...delivered nothing. Thankfully I'm a longtime buyer with a long purchase history so when I asked a manager, she set me up with what I wanted. Some people visit several LV stores and have lots of SAs so their network is alot larger...you may want to try that!
