I also cannot connect to any LV site. I called my ISP provider Frontier Communications and they informed me that LV has/is blocking ALL customers of Frontier Communications. If you use Frontier you will be blocked. The only solution for me would be to switch to Spectrum or convince LV to stop blocking.

Can I please ask if the back of this is flat? Mines is slightly bumpy in reverse where the zipper closure is. I ordered online so haven’t seen any others but just curious

Mine just arrived, it very bumpy too. I purchased as a gift but it’s going back - the size is won’t work for what I was thinking
I have a question re: the mini Pochette - is the bottom suppose to be this droopy? It’s like it was stitched funny - but maybe it’s suppose to look like that. I’ll compare it when the roller coaster arrives. 
The only way I can get to the LV site is through my work server which is highly secure. It must be that Frontier has caused problems for LV. I am not switching providers (I have Frontier at home) just for one website. And who knows if another provider will be blocked next at some point. It seems like a drastic move to block all Frontier customers.
I’ve been wondering why it keeps blocking me every time I try to access the site. I was getting ready to call them to see what the issue is. Just have to get off WiFi when I want to browse I guess.
My Christmas double pochette arrived today. Judging my the date code inside, it was only made just over a week ago. The picture of me wearing (crossbody) it is to give an idea on size for those who haven’t seen one. FYI I’m 5’9 and a UK dress size 10 (US 6)
