It might be worth a shot! I think you might get lucky with this Christmas collection.
I also got my nano noe today and it didn’t come with the envelope that holds all the receipts in, just a slip. But the Christmas stuff came with an envelope for receipts as well as the slip which I think is being used for writing out a Christmas message as it came with blank paper.
All 3 items were gift wrapped tho with the little envelope on ribbon before opening too.
The only time I’ve missed out on getting everything was when I got my multi pochette a couple weeks ago, I only got one dust bag. Super nice guy on CS transferred my request to a store and they declined saying it only comes with one.
Sometimes I think LV make things up as they go along!

I thought as much! The man from CS did call me back to let me know, he was fab.
I don’t necessarily need them but would have been nice to get them. I think because it was sent from factory to store as it was ordered through my SA they could have potentially put it all together, then maybe they get the other dust bags!

It might not work if you select personal message because I tried that and I still didn’t get the ribbon and there was even no blank card included. I must have had the same person processing my last two orders.

No you didn't- just the online pre-launch. The official in-store launch is 9/25. But the music box is so beautiful even if you decide to pass on this collection- great consolation!

I am hoping so! I noticed it is already on the European & Australian sites so I hope it’s available in the US too! Just thought it was odd all the other charms were in the pre launch but not that one, of course the one I really wanted!

Can I please ask if the back of this is flat? Mines is slightly bumpy in reverse where the zipper closure is. I ordered online so haven’t seen any others but just curious

I called CS on Monday and the CA mentioned she’d put in a request, I still haven’t heard back She did mention they may be completely sold out. The website says they were still in prelaunch online. Has prelaunch ended? Guess I’ll have to stalk the store on Friday!
