I have both edith and stam. Edith for work, and stam for going out in replacement of my Bbag. Strictly sticking with these two, Stam is a great choice for a night out. I used to think it looked old fashioned, the whole kisslock and granny purse looking. If you dress like a granny, of course it WILL look like a granny bag. But you're a great looking girl, and I'm sure you rock the house, so Stam is great for you!

Have you held the Edith yet? Wait until you get it and try it on. I had one and loved it until I tried it on and tried to wear it. Just did not work for me (too heavy for me on the crook of my arm) and I ended up getting a Paddy, which I love to this day!!!

When you get it, play around with it- the leather is TDF and it is gorgeous IRL. See if it meshes well with your wardrobe because I know you can make it work no matter what.

If it doesn't work for you- then go for the Stam. It is classic, elegant and perfect for day or night. But since Edith is on her way, wait to feel her and see if it's love at first sight! Keep us posted, and good luck Minnie!

Stam definitely.
I have bought and returned one Edith. I have also "fondled" several LOL but for some reason really don't dig the style.

The Stam IMO is one of the best MJ bags currently. It's unique and unlikely to be "re-made" into a LV bag as some other MJ styles.
