Does anyone know if it’s normal to have loose threads on the hem for mousseline? I just bought one from the website and found 4-5 loose threads on the hem, threads about 1/2 inch or more long. I’m thinking of returning for this reason. Thanks for any advice.

At last, I am twins with @momasaurus !!! So excited to own this beautiful Peuple du Vent. Had been hunting for months after passing it up last winter and living with staggering regret. The blue changeant effect of the gris is evident here.
