Never posted my Toile d'H - a grail for me in Rouge H for a long time. Got it some months ago when it was still cold. It goes well with a cashmere sweater but it is even nicer now in summer and with my DS :

I know that there are many twins here and we have seen this mousse already quite a few times - but I never get tired looking at it - and hope you will agree... :hbeat: Thanks for letting me share.

OMG, it's gorgeous, love it with your white vest especially - not sure whether or not I'm happy you showed me this, the whole look's great

Thank you hopiko!

I do have a Bunnycat...she is fluffy, dark as sin, a true master of resting b*tch face, and a drama queen. Here she is modeling Torana moussie pocket square for SOTD. (I promise she wasn't pissed off; that is her "normal" face she's had all her 14 years...)

I wonder who's boss in your house?

Ladies I am new to the forum and would really really appreciate your advice.
Last year I bought the iris mousseline in color way 01-rose the /vert /coral and love it.
Yesterday I was at the store and tried on and liked the mythiques Phoenix stole/mousseline in cw 11- rose/blue/vert, the only cw they had in the store
My SA is supposed to ship it out to me today as I live in another city
When I got home I realized the two may be very similar in colors/ especially if tied??
Please give me your expert opinions/thoughts...too similar? If so I will ask her not to ship ASAP.

Should I get the other color way in this which is available online rouge/violet/Parme cw08 though I have not seen it in person—has Anyone tried this cw?/
Thx in advance.
Ps I am still learning how to put pics in here so excuse me for not posting pics of each cw

Sad it didn't work out for you, those holes are too much on what was such a pretty moussie
Yes, agreed. I feel like I way too late to the mousseline game as the current mousselines are all very delicate in comparison to earlier years or there is a lack of quality control.
You can return it, but my mousselines all have those tiny holes. I really don’t think it’s a defect, but the result of hemming a very thin, delicate fabric.
I did return the mousseline. I have an older mousseline purchased from Paris sale that I wear regularly and after reading your comment, I went to inspect the hems and there aren't any holes on it. We all have different expectations on new silks and we'll just have to disagree on each others' definition of defect. (I do understand that the cause of the holes are from tension of hemming and while I can expect holes to appear with wear, I most certainly do not expect them on brand new unused silks from the warehouse.)

I agree with you. I have a couple mousselines (that I’ve never worn) that have the holes, although not to the extent of the one you had. I didn’t mean to imply they should be expected.

Love this @Sammy Royal - such an elegant classic.
Thank you, dear BBC, for putting in words how I feel about this mousse...

Dear papertiger, thank you for your kind comments! And not really sorry should I have enabled you... ;) This mousse is even more stunning IRL. After getting it, I did not put it in the drawer, but left it hanging on my wardrobe for quite some time to admire it when not wearing it...

Thank you so much for all your Likes!!! :flowers::flowers::flowers:

So sorry to hear about that. :annoyed: I hope you'll be able to find one in pristine condition as it should be soon! :)

Ha, I was so blinded by how pretty it is that I missed the whole part about the holes! Yikes! You see THIS is where I’d get into trouble because I would just fall in love with it and never even notice the holes until it was too late to return. It’s really a shame that this stuff is STILL happening.

Well, if you like the other cws better on you, then I can’t wait to see them! [emoji4]

I never get tired of seeing this. The exact one is my grail as well but I now have the Fuchsia with the fringe, which I treasure and never wear. :amuse: Congrats dear!
