Hello moussie friends! I haven't posted an update here in a long while, and I was playing around with matching up scarves to purses and it's clear I've been busy on the mousseline front. I think I am mostly caught up with oldies now on my "wish list of moussies past". I've got one or two left to search for.

Last year, I think I doubled the number of pocket square size moussies in the stash. I wish they would bring these back. They are perfect for where I live. And since I can't remember what was what from previous pics, I just did a new group shot by color schemes so some may have been in last years group shot.

Darks/Cool tones: La Rosee, Sangles, Torana and Pierres d'Orient et d'Occident
View attachment 3683235

Plus this little chageant cutie (A Votre Service). The changeant is very visible IRL, but really really hard to photograph....red to gold.
View attachment 3683238
I tried it with my Evelyne so you can see the red/gold changeant on it a little:

View attachment 3683239

The pink and red pocket squares: Sulfures, Cosmos, Capucines and Astrologie

View attachment 3683241

A few PM sizes got added on (really wish they'd bring these back too...): Alternateur, Capucines, and Parures de Sable

View attachment 3683245

Last year, I'm pretty sure if I go back and look at my posts, I'd find that I said I couldn't see myself getting "in" to GM sizes and that it was "too much fabric". And then I found La Rosee in a blue/pink changeant and decided to give the size a try and have been hooked ever since..... :p

Green changeant shawl, La Rosee changeant and Cavaliers d'Or (Loved this during winter here. It was just right.) Sorry this pic blew out a little on the colors! The green shawl is so very light and wispy, I mostly only wear it for special occasion but the Cavaliers d'Or is an older mousse and so very hardy and it's been all over the place this winter!

View attachment 3683244

Cavaliers in winter. Yes, really, a mid weight leather jacket is about all you need where I live most winters.
View attachment 3683256

Here's my fav, La Rosee next to my Vespa. The blue changeant is just right with the Vespa:
View attachment 3683247

Ooops, yep....forgot I also found Jeux de Paille (PM) early last year in my search for something "romantic":
View attachment 3683248

I think I'm all caught up in here now! Some of these were already posted in here, but a little extra eye candy never hurts!

Fantastic new additions, the changeants are particularly mesmerising

You look so good in a) PM sizes and b) moussies. Very few can pull-off PM mousselines like you can.

You have a wonderful collection!

Thank you all so kindly textilegirl, Sammy, PbP and kate! My moussies are my little treasures for sure! Fortunately, I only made a couple of mistakes colorwise, and thankfully what looks terrible on me usually looks great on my mom, so a couple of them live with her now.

This might help anyone who is deciding. My previous photos made my colorway look completely neutral. It is not. This is it against my dining room carpet in sunlight. The carpet is a robin's egg blue/ grey although you can't tell from these photos. It looks grey. The moussie is not as bright as it looks here, but you get the idea. It's blue. Not as neutral as my modeling shots. I would say that the true color is in between this photo and my modeling shots- a pale ice blue. View attachment 3653353

How funny that you are mentioning this!!! I went to the H store asking about this moussie in a neutral CW, based on your gorgeous pics!!! The SA showed me a blue one with neutral tones, and while it looked wonderful on me, I did not think the blue base would work well with my wardrobe. I kept pressing the SA to look for the neutral CW!
