I agree, the violet and fuchsia has much more contrast, hence easier to see the design. Interesting how Spring mousses arrive so slowly. My boutique got only the Tabriz so far, a very pretty colorway with gris perle border and black/white/fuchsia details. And, I'm glad it doesn't have the big empty space on both ends, unlike the cashmere stole counterpart.
I do like it a lot. The fuchsia is muted fuchsia like rose indien, not rose vif, so very wearable. And the gris perle border was so gorgeous. But now that the price of mousseline stole has increased to the point where I think it's too pricy to buy stoles. I'd rather pay a bit more to buy shawl and has many more tying options, you know. So I'll most likely have to pass on it. I may change my mind with Brandebourgs though, I love this pattern.Sounds like you liked this cw of Tabriz? My SA called about it, but I am having trouble finding any pictures of it. Would love to see it.
I'm browsing Japan h.com and found one of the best colorways of Casques et Plumets mousseline. I think we haven't seen a black/white mousse for awhile, it's definitely worth checking out.

There is news on the Fall thread that mousselines will not be offered!!! This is the first season H has decided not to issue a mousseline. Guess the powers that be feel it is a spring summer item.
Dear Lanit! If this is the case I would need the rescue boat leaving Ban Island right away! Thanks a lot for this information!!! I got a mousse last October and wearing her soo many times - also in winter. IMO moussies are definitely whole year beauties...

we are now twinsHi Brit,
I decided to keep the grey/chartreuse Peuple afterall - it started to grow on me. As for the chartreuse Guepards ..... i AM a cat lover, but that pattern doesn't do it for me.
Overcome! This mousseline etole is amazing! I must have this. Thank you SO much for posting. I was potentially leaning to a CS GM but this is a no brainer.
