Cherry Blossom Papillon

It actually belongs to a friend. She's balling out of control! She buys a lot of bags but ends up not using them.

She has actually used this one for only a couple of times but not sure how much she wants to sell it for yet. It retails around $1500 and she's waiting for me to make her a reasonable offer.

I wanna get it b/c its such a collector's item. And it's beautiful. But I'm not sure if that's enough of a reason to get it.

Any advise?

These bags retailed for around $880 when they were available in stores. You can buy a brown/pink cherry blossom papillon on eBay now in very good condition for around $900. She probably paid $1,500 at the height of the CB hysteria.

I don't know if I would pay over $1000 for one. I have a creme/red one and I love it. If it is something you love, then get it.

I think this bag is cute.....but when you set it down it always rolls forward. The lock on the bow is heavy and it makes it roll.

I agree w/ the rest & def think you should get it! Being able to buy it from a friend saves the both of you from the horrors of ebay & I highly doubt this style, or any limited LV for the matter, will be in a low demand & you wont be able to sell it if you later change your mind!
