I just got the Bee my Love after attending an exhibition on Napoleon and Josephine and the inception of Chaumet. I fell in love with the history and decided to buy it. Honestly I say get both LOL. I had a small love for a while and because of the honey comb shapes on the Bee My Love it sparkles even without diamonds and highlights the love bracelet so well! If I knew how to post a video I would, pictures don’t show the effect as much. If you have a trip to Paris soon get the Bee my love (such a special experience) if not I would do the love and wait for the Bee (:

Personally, I prefer Chaumet Bee My Love bracelet over Cartier Love. Chaumet has a longer history and was the designated jeweler for the French monarchs (since the Napolean era). They are known for their specialty of making royal crowns, and they still make crowns today:smile: Bee My Love bracelet comes with a plain version (different golds) and different diamond, or stone combinations. The attached picture is from their official website, you can see how stunning they are in plain, with diamonds and onyx. It's on my wish list for Christmas.

My husband also likes Chaumet more :smile: And he prefers the Bee my Love bracelet vs Cartier designs.
But I am still a Cartier fan.. So let’s see what my next bracelet will be ;)

I am also a Cartier fan, I own Cartier watch and rings. But I am not crazy about Cartier Love and Juste un Clou like everyone else. I much prefer Cartier's Trinity line and the Panthère collection. In my opinion, for bracelets, both Chaumet's Bee My Love and Jeux de Linens are much prettier and unique than Cartier's Love and Juste un Clou, but to each their own......

I feel cartier's colours are a bit more masculin- esp white gold is almost grey. Vca does very distinctive rose colour, where as chaumet does subtle more mix of yellow and rose kind of pink rose tone. Closure is much simple with bee my love and I feel it is less readily worn so I am actually getting mine in white gold from Birks in Canada.

Birks has a few good pieces. I have a pair of earrings from Birks. I think Meghan Markle makes Birks more famous internationally :-)

I had the same dilemma for a big birthday. We have both Cartier and Chaumet boutiques in my city so was able to try them both. Lots!! In the end (and after much deliberation) I chose the chaumet bee my love. It’s just so pretty irl - much nicer than photos - the way it catches the light. So elegant and not as well known as the Love. HOWEVER I’ve since been back to Cartier as I’m thinking of stacking with a love bracelet and am torn between the classic and the slim with diamonds! Great feedback (although not conclusive lol). I agree the classic kind of overwhelms the bee but the slim diamonds are a bit teeny. Maybe I’ll go back and try the slim W/out diamonds. Anyway I think my advice to the op is get both! Lol
