My SA said the coupon you get with the $3 donation excludes all MK. Is there an SA you normally deal with? If so I would go to her and see what she can do for you. Whatever you do don't give up!
I wasn't able to do a price adjustment since they only do that if the bag price goes down, but i was able to do a return and repurchase since I had the tag and my receipt with me. Thank goodness! I got 25% off and it came out to $193...sounds so much better than $280! I'm a happy camper now, thanks for the help girls!!!

I recalled I read somewhere in the e*bates T&C, that rebates isnt effective if the price is adjusted manually.. unless it is store-specific...
Well I didn't manually adjust the price. Macy's applied the 25% discount to my order therefore made my total less than what it was originally. We shall see what happens.
I meant manually adjusted by Macys customer service. If using code: icons all the way during order, its fine.. or.. try to email e*bates?
Haha it's not a new one! I didn't buy a raspberry, aren't u proud of me? I just went to get my blossom Cindy reduced by 25%, so I'm happy cuz I would have been okay paying full price for her... She is a lovely bag! A girl stopped me today and asked where I got her, then she said she was gonna go to Macy's and buy it today [emoji23]

Belk would rather lose the sale and customer than do a price adjustment. They only do PA if price of bag changed not due to coupon. I was on phone on and off all day with different employees in customer service, supervisor and corporate. Such bs really. I had problems with them in past but gave them chance again. Never ever again after today.
In the meanwhile Macy's was happy to do return and repurchase so I could get price adjustment
