Nordstrom has it, and I think they do international shipping through Borderfree. Also, Macy's and L&T through Borderfree.

Nordstrom ships internationally, shipping a little pricey but great customer service and items are always packaged well.
Macy's claim that they ship internationally to Australia but when it comes to Michael Kors items i.e. bags, jewellery, shoes, they don't ship to Australia. Not sure about Norway.
Saw this on eBay, not sure if anyone is interested, not letting these deals goes away without showing you gals ;]

Dillards has clearanced out quite a bit of MK stock. Lots of selmas, even navy and black which rarely get a markdown in my stores.
I know that Macy's presale has started. Does anyone know when the online sale starts? [emoji4]
Its a instore sale. I believe Dillards will charge send for a few extra dollars. Call around.
