I took advantage of the Macy's sale and bought the large Dillon in heritage blue and the medium Selma in heritage blue for my sister-in-law. Got them both for 40% off!
Can't wait until they get here! I have spent too much money lately, but gosh, I couldn't turn down that deal! I've been eying that bag forever!

Completely agree! I was on the fence about the dillon and when I went back it was sold out. Post some pics!

I got my first MK bag. A large grape selma for 40% off. It gets here tomorrow. I'm so excited!!! Within 24 hours of ordering the selma, I bought a sutton. Smh. This may become expensive.

My last 2 boxes from Macy's came crushed and already open as well. I'm having terrible luck.

I really don't understand why the stores don't pack these items properly, they are designer bags. They ruin the bag and have an unhappy customer. How frustrating!

I know the pain! When it comes to bags on sale at Macy's their condition is just sad! My sister in law used to work there and she said people used to throw them around like they were worth nothing. Get a replacement! Because of your bad experience, the representative is allowed to give you a 10% discount. I decided I wanted the refund, but when I found another bag I wanted I contacted them and asked them to honor their promise. 2 first calls were unwilling. I went online and chatted with a representative and it was a breeze! I suggest you do the same. Good luck and keep us posted.
