I actually just emailed jax asking for a replacement tag for a bag I bought on eBay (I didn't mention that detail) since I don't have a store nearby. The replied very quickly and pleasantly, and within 20 minutes I had an order number.

I never thought of that! I wonder how knowledgeable SAs are about hang tags and ebay....I'll have to test the theory because it's been a long time since I even asked for any.
I just didn't feel like I needed anymore extras since I've got bags in lots of colors now, so I just borrow tags from my other bags to mix things up a bit.

NEVER tell them you bought a bag on ebay!!
