I've not heard of a coupon code that can be used online at the Factory Online Store- www.coachfactory.com/store There is a field for "promo code" on the website, but if you look in other threads here on TPF, no one has ever figured out what type of promo is honored at the factory online store (website).
The only thing I've seen here is Coach offering a $10 credit for referring friends (e-mail addresses), and if they end up getting the invite to the factory online sale, and make a purchase, Coach adds a $10 credit into your account for a future Factory online sale purchase.
If however you are referring to the various promotions that the full-price Coach website (www.coach.com) offers, called "PCEs,VCEs or customer appreciation " they are by invitation from Coach and are usually distributed based on prior purchase history (or a nice Sales Associate (SA) in store who might offer it to you if you inquire about it during one of their promotions/events). You can also see these invites (postcards w/ the online codes) available for sale on E-bay all the time.

Thanks! Yes, I was referring to the Factory Online Store. I've never been able to locate a code, and have never seen one in my emails or mail from the Factory Store either! Was hoping someone has some insight on this! I keep getting my hopes up for a few more $$ off

A friend of mine got a hard copy coupon to use for the online FS recently. I hadn't seen them before but it stated specific dates and there was a code at the bottom (similar to PCE). Hers ended a while back though, but I'll keep an eye out for another.
That is so wrong! Based on the price she got, I probably have about $1000 in bags and boxes sitting around here. Wouldn't it be great if I could sell them to finance my next purse?
