I’m pretty sure this is a relist, which would seem to indicate the original buyer returned it for some reason
Considering the amount of wear they do mention & show AND the inclusion of the missing shoulder strap in the description, makes me wonder what could possibly be wrong with this bag that they’d accept a return

Just got off the phone with a FP Customer Service Rep and she down played the issue saying it was only a select few bags which I disagreed with her on.

I let her know it’s more widespread than she thinks and they need to make management aware to fix this issue or it’s a lawsuit for them waiting to happen.

She had to submit a case for my Marble City and it will be a few days before it’s back up! 🤯 I do hope my call was recorded on this one, but if any of you are having this issue, please report and ask they fix this site wide to help us all.
Ugh, there are a few customer service reps that really just aren’t helpful. If I have an issue with an order I usually try to get it fixed through the personal shopping team.

Their main customer service line has a few reps that are VERY “by the book/strict.” Sometimes I’d call back later in the day hoping I get someone else. Sorry this is happening, it’s definitely very widespread.

Also they record everything, so if a manager does get involved they have the call to reference. I was once arguing with a manager over a customer service rep giving me wrong info about a return, and then denying the return, even though she agreed in the recorded phone call that the rep was wrong lol. I will say they have given me a lot of special exceptions, but still…

Calling them now!
 
Update: I noticed my blackout briefcase I have on reserve was showing up fine on the webpage, but not on their app. The rep said they are in the process of doing some improvements, but wasn’t very specific.

She said to check back by later today. I hope the improvements aren’t deleting old listings, even items that sold an hour ago have the error.
 
Well, after the marble city and my city went awol, I started doing a search for sold bags on FP, including by clicking on many of my own prior purchases. A lot of them have disappeared. It's not a one-off error that they're correcting. It's looking systematic to me, which is why I'm getting paranoid. While they may repost something you bought, that doesn't address all the others that are not our purchases. We can't get them to pull them up one by one.
My purchases show up under my account.

I wonder why they would want to do this if it’s intentional?
 
Is this listing showing up for anyone? I get a 404 error page when I click on this. So many listings on FP have gone awol, including one I just bought yesterday. When I click on the link to the bag I just bought, I get the 404 error page.
As of this post, your link comes up fine and the bag does show in the recently sold page, so...maybe they fixed the problem?

Looks like they fixed it SITE WIDE now (I verified most of the links @Deco posted above).

I panic bought it in a split second because it's been on my want list forever. then I wanted to go back and leisurely drool over if and I couldn't see it. :annoyed: Now it's back! Thank you!
