'Brooke Mueller takes her twins out of Denise Richards's care after refusing to let actress take them to Charlie Sheen's Christmas party'
She was happy for her twins to be in the care of Denise Richards while she is in rehab for the 19th time.
But Brooke Mueller appears to be completely opposed to her young sons Bob and Max to spend any time with their father Charlie Sheen.
According to new reports, the 35-year-old former wife of the Anger Management star lost her cool and asked her mother to take her sons out of Denise's care after the Wild Things actress informed her that she was taking the boys to Sheen's Christmas party.

Denise, 41, called the troubled mother-of-two in rehab to tell her that she, the boys and her own daughters were going to the party.
But sources close to the family told TMZ that Brooke lost it and told Denise 'Absolutely not', adding that she didn't want the boys anywhere near her former husband.
Soon after, Denise received a threatening call from Brooke's lawyers.
And the following day, Brooke's mother Moira allegedly turned up at Denise's house demanding to pick up the children.

Brooke's anger is said to have stemmed from her and Sheen's opposing views on the boy's long-time nanny.
The former real estate agent is said to believe that the nanny is acting as an informant for Charlie, telling him her every move.
Meanwhile, Charlie thinks that the nanny is a good influence in their children's lives.
Denise stepped in to help with the warring couple's children after Brooke sought treatment for the 19th time for her latest struggles with substance abuse.
Brooke admitted herself into rehab again last Friday after she was found 'unresponsive while napping' at her Los Angeles home.
She is said to be addicted to the prescription drug Adderall - used to treat ADHD - and her lawyer admitted that she has entered a treatment facility to try and finally kick her 'lifelong battle with drug addiction'.
It may have not be the most conventional arrangement but the troubled mother turned to Denise to look after her little boys.
Denise 'happily obliged' and at the time the boys were said to be staying with the Drop Dead Gorgeous star for an 'indefinite period of time'.
Sheen was also said to be pleased with the arrangement as he is unable to care for his sons due to work commitments.
TMZ also claim that last time Brooke had to go to rehab, the boys then too stayed with Denise , who was previously married to Sheen, 47.
Denise reached out to Sheen in April last year about looking after the twins after video footage emerged of Brooke trying to pawn a watch and a stereo in the seedy LA suburb of Inglewood.
Denise is also said to be keen that the boys spend more time with their sisters, including her youngest Eloise, who Richards adopted last year.

The little girl with cancer who received a $75,000 donation check from Charlie Sheen tells TMZ ... she's never seen a single episode of "Anger Management" ... but she's still the actor's biggest fan.
As we reported, Charlie and his stunt double Eddie Braun donated a combined $100,000 to 10-year-old Jasmine Faulk -- the daughter of a Hermosa Beach police officer -- after they caught wind of the girl's dire situation from another cop. Charlie donated $75,000 and Eddie donated $25,000.
Now, Jasmine wants to publicly thank Charlie and Eddie for their overwhelming generosity, telling TMZ, "I think they have a great heart ... They don't even know me."
As for "Anger Management" and "Two and a Half Men," Jasmine says, "I don't really watch those shows. I watch kids shows."
... Probably better that way.

Brooke spent 6 days for her addiction to Adderall ... which sent her off the rails. It's the 19th time Brooke has been in rehab, so she clearly has a problem.
Sources say her mission this time around was to detox, which can certainly resolve immediate addiction issues, but such a short stay does not deal with underlying problems. Brooke does, however, have ongoing psychological outpatient treatment. She says she's feeling much better.
As for her twins, we've learned they're back in her custody. As we first reported, Brooke gave Bob and Max to Denise Richards -- Charlie Sheen's second ex -- to care for them while she was detoxing, but Brooke went nuclear when Denise asked if she could take the kids to Charlie's XMAS party. Brooke's mom picked the kids up the next day.

I have a feeling that the State can't prove abuse or neglect to these boys because of her staff. She can be as addicted as she wants, but if she can somehow arrange for adequate care in the meantime, the State has no grounds to remove the children.
She seems to be in deep denial about her problem. I mean, 19 times in rehab/detox? AA meetings are free, Hollywood.
Shame on her for not putting them somewhere safe and solid. Shame on Charlie for not going to court to get them out. WAY too many enablers.He's really so gross, but I am happy to see this RAOK he does.

Charlie Sheen is covering a huge chunk of the funeral costs for the paparazzo who died while covering Justin Bieber ... cutting a $12,000 check to the photog's family ... TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... 29-year-old Chris Guerra died after being struck by a car in Los Angeles on New Year's Day while taking pictures of Bieber's car. We're told Guerra will be laid to rest in a private service set for tomorrow
Turns out, Charlie is tight with a former photog who was friends with Guerra ... and got word that the family was trying to raise money to cover the costs. So Charlie, being Charlie, sprung into action and grabbed his checkbook.
We contacted Sheen about the situation, and the actor gave us the following statement: "A tragic incident like this erases the line between the photographer and the subject. It's an unforgiving moment that begs us all to be human and work as one to prevent this in the future."
He continues, "As parents, we are all not supposed to bury our children. My deepest condolences to the families involved."

Charlie Sheen wants to become Lindsay Lohan's savior, and he thinks he has the credentials and cred to do the job.
Charlie tells TMZ, "I have a kinship with somebody [Lindsay] who clearly needs a mentor, whether she wants one or not. She can continue to hang out with her dress shredding club buddies, or turn to me for some advice from a guy who's been down the road as well as every other side trail on the journey."
He adds, "If she listens, she'll win. If she doesn't, that's on her."
You'll recall ... Charlie and Lindsay struck up a friendship while working together on "Scary Movie 5," after which Charlie cut Lindsay a $100,000 check to help with her tax problems. Lindsay's now returning the favor by appearing in an upcoming episode of "Anger Management" -- actually, that may be Charlie doing Lindsay another solid.
Shockingly, Charlie still claims they've never hooked up, "I love her, I respect her, and I've never laid a finger on her that wasn't on film. How ya like me now, America?"
