I used to watch the show and found it funny....but then the jokes got redundant, as did the whole story...

Basically Charlie didnt have to stretch his acting abilities that much.... how much different is the show from how he's living now..

pretty close...though lacking the dragon blood in some episodes. I only watched the first couple of seasons, and only sporadically.

He was so great in platoon and wall street though....

you know, its too bad the show went on haitus and then cancelled. if they had just started production he would be back to work and probably would have shut up by now.

I know that sounds crazy, but its likely that his lack of anything productive to do has him spinning around in fire-breathing hand circles more than he might have otherwise...:thinkin:.

Putting him back to work on the closed set, as they had originally planned, in retrospect looks like an idea that may have had some merit.

If they had just ignored him, would he have settled down?? We will never know. I know what he said was unconscionable, but if for the sake of the crew they could have given it a shot...

Dunno, didnt he mess up his boss before hand?? would have been a tense working environment... Plus maybe he was doing all of that for a raise...after all he said he would return if he got more..

How does anyone know he's not dangerous? He's obviously completely unbalanced and if the threats he's been accused of making are true (wanting to "knock off the people he violently hates"), that sure sounds dangerous to me. In the clips I've seen, he believes he's invincible & that he's got this "power" that no one else has. Someone like that who believes he's been wronged by everyone else can snap in an instant and it sure seems like he's getting worse every day

That video with his boys was heartbreaking, but not because they were being taken away from their father -- it was heartbreaking cuz these kids don't have a clue what's going on and were being exploited by Charlie in order to gain the public's sympathy

oh, yea, he was all over chuck lorre...It would have been awful. But, at least he would be quiet and all those people would not be out of work, which is so sad.

I am just wondering if there was a point this could have been pulled out of the crapper.....
