^^^I may be in the minority here but I never found the show funny - very juvenile and pedestrian IMO. "poo-poo" and "pee-pee" humor. but thats just me. I think they should have pulled the plug a long time ago!!!

"It's not goodbye, it's see you later," Sheen tells his heartbroken friends, colleagues and nannies who were left stunned, some in tears, at the dramatic turn of events. Goodbye, Max tells his father, in their final moments together, after sharing an apple in the foyer of his home.

A judge temporarily stripped Charlie Sheen of custody of his twin sons Tuesday, after Brooke Mueller submitted a declaration in which she alleged Charlie said, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom" ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story ... Brooke's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie, prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered Charlie to surrender their twin boys -- Bob and Max -- to Brooke while the TRO remains in effect.
According to legal docs, Brooke also claims ... on February 23 Charlie threw a phone inside his house and then with a penknife in hand, threatened to stick it in Brooke's eye.
Today's hearing was held without notice to Charlie -- his lawyers were not present.
Brooke's lawyer confessed to the court ... Brooke is currently in a "day treatment" facility for substance abuse. She says she will see the kids for around 4 hours a day while the TRO is in effect and her mom will provide care for the rest of the day.
Sources tell TMZ Charlie's team is furious that the order was issued and plans to go to court tomorrow in an attempt to undo it.
Charlie twittered Tuesday night, "My sons are fine ... My path is now clear .... Defeat is not an option!"

Charlie Sheen and his 'goddesses' voted Brooke Mueller off a tropical Bahamas island last week because they discovered drug paraphernalia and cocaine in the bathroom of her resort, the embattled Two and a Half Men star revealed to RadarOnline.com in an exclusive video interview.
What's more, Sheen presented photographic evidence he said shows Mueller's recent drug use that he plans to present to a Los Angeles court as soon as Wednesday, as he ratchets up his bid to gain full custody of their sons. "We were duped by a charlatan" Sheen, referring to Mueller, told our Senior Executive Editor Dylan Howard.
The explosive images show a supposed home made crack pipe, foil, spoons, drug residue and the 33-year-old driver's license which had been used to cut up lines of cocaine, Sheen said.
Facing the inevitable embarrassment, a pal of Mueller conceded: "She has confirmed she was doing drugs recently, but has been sober for a week."
As RadarOnline.com revealed, authorities visited Sheens mansion around 7:30 pm PT on Tuesday to take his twins boys, Max and Bob, from him and return them to Mueller.
Showing Howard the supposed evidence, Sheen said: "Look at what I'm protecting them (the kids) from, her lies, look at absolute chaos."
The Two and a Half Men star said he had no idea how Mueller scored the drugs or whether she smuggled them into the Bahamas. He said Mueller was hooked on the drug Norco, a narcotic pain reliever. When reminded she had the right to use prescription medications, Sheen said: Yeah, but it doesnt have the right prescription on the bottle... unless she tattooed one her liver.

You didn't miss much. It was okay in the early years, but pretty mediocre as comedies go.
I feel for the kids with both parents being addicts. I wish there was a sober relative who could step in and care for them.
I'm thinking it appealed to the "Dude Wheres My Car" crowd. Unfortunately, there are enough people in that demo who keep this kind of entertainment popular. I digress to my whole belief that this country is in the midst of a "dumbing down" but thats another thread...
Charlie Sheen and his soon to be ex-wifes story is not unique. there are lots of couples who get clean simultaneously. the loving ones support each other. then you have hatred like whats going on between these two. the sad thing is (besides their kids having two parents who are complete train wrecks) is that all that hatred and bitterness is fatal and will keep both from staying sober. I completely believe Charlie threatened Brooke they way he did. I have gone through the same thing. You cannot believe what can come out of an addicts mouth when they are in the thick of their disease. Especially men who are full of testosterone in the first place.
^^^yeah in what way? I don't recall him splitting any atoms lately. He may be somewhat intelligent but a genius? no way.
I'm sure in his Warlockian winning binges he spit an atom or two. He's a Rumpelstiltskin with cans, after all...
