Charlie Sheen has responded to reports that he allegedly wrecked a hotel suite in a drunken tantrum after an encounter with a prostitute.
The 45-year-old is insisting that the reports are exaggerated, and have nothing to do with what happened that night.'Oh my man, I’m fine,' he told RadarOnline.

'The story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario.'
But while Sheen, who is the highest paid actor on TV, is adamant that the story is not accurate, he refuses to say what actually did happen on Monday night.
He says: 'I know what went down and that’s where it will stay... under wraps.'
Pictures of the hotel room show that it is in disarray, with pillows all over the place and broken furniture.
Sheen's PR team decided that the actor merely had an adverse reaction to some medicine, and that's what explained his destructive and angry behaviour.

This is despite the fact that the actor himself has made absolutely no confirmation that (legal) drugs had anything to do with it.

His publicist said: 'What we are able to determine is that Charlie had an adverse reaction to some medication and was taken to the hospital, where he is expected to be released tomorrow.'
And the actor's lawyer also went with the allergic reaction line, adding: 'We think he had an allergic reaction to some medicine.'
Well, that's certainly some allergy.

Meanwhile, Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards is reluctant to speak about what happened, but says she still has faith in him.

The actress was staying in the room across the corridor with their young daughters when the alleged incident happened.
And she continues to dodge questions about Sheen while on a media blitz for her upcoming TV show Blue Mountain State.
Richards appeared on the Today show this morning and insisted she 'can't control what happened' but still has 'a lot of faith in my ex.'

She also told talk show host Joy Behar: 'I do know what happened. I would rather Charlie [talk about it]. I did help him at the hospital.'
And when she was asked how Sheen was feeling, Richards replied: 'I'll let you ask Charlie.'
Richards, who divorced Sheen in 2006, said she was remaining silent about the incident for the sake of their daughters Sam, six, and Lola, five.
She said: 'My daughters are five and six years old. They're at an age when they can start to understand. They have no idea what happened.

'A lot of our stuff happened when they were much younger, which I'm so grateful for. We're in an amazing place, we've been getting along great for the last year and a half and we're doing our best.

Asked whether Sheen was a good father, Richards replied: 'He comes over for dinner, he is at school functions, he comes to birthday parties, so yeah.
'He's their Dad and I have a lot of faith in him.'

Security guards at the Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue discovered Sheen naked and drunk at 2am early Tuesday morning in his hotel room. Tables and chairs were said to have been thrown around Sheen’s room and a chandelier damaged.
However, after a day-long stay in hospital on Tuesday, Sheen was released and will return to work later this week in Los Angeles.
His manager Mark Burg said: 'Charlie will be working this week doing a cameo role, playing himself, in a small movie as a favor to a friend and has every intention of going back to work on Two and a Half Men on next Tuesday. He's looking forward to working.'
Sheen is now thought to be planning to check into rehab following the incident and is still in the process of deciding which facility he will check into.

However, he is considering returning to Promises in Malibu.
'Charlie is going back to rehab,' a U.S. source said. 'That’s his plan right now. He knows he has to do something.'
The star of TV sitcom Two And A Half Men told police that he had snorted a recreational drug, according to sources quoted in the New York Post.
U.S. magazine Life & Style reported that the prostitute was found screaming inside a locked closet.
‘She was fearing for her life and was naked,’ a source told its website.

'Charlie was incoherent but started screaming slurs at the cops.
‘They recognised him immediately and gave him two options: they could take him to the hospital or take him down to the station. Charlie chose the hospital.
Police said they responded to a call from the Plaza about an ‘emotionally disturbed individual’ who was said to be ‘intoxicated and irrational’.
Sheen, who is paid £600,000 an episode for his role in Two And A Half Men, was allegedly taken by ambulance to hospital ‘for alcohol abuse and psychological evaluation’.

Charlie is lucky that Denise isn't bitter and retaliatory towards him.
I like her pretty well after seeing her show and then seeing how she's dealing w/ all this is pretty impressive IMO.

I agree Denise is handling this with such class and dignity. I admire her so much for her measured response. Back when they were divorcing she was acting so trashy but to look at her now... She has gone through some serious personal growth and is putting her kids first. Meanwhile Charlie is still acting like a loser idiot.

I heard that his show is the #2 show on television. He is making a lot of people very, very rich and so they continue to turn a blind eye to his shenanigans. It's tragic. I wonder if he even has one real friend who would tell him the truth about himself.

I think she's grown up, watched his struggle and has come to terms w/ his role/lack thereof in parenting.
She seems pretty level-headed, I don't think she'd want to be on record slamming her DD's father.
I think she cares, why else accompany him to hospital?

Looks like Charlie Sheen really doesn't know when to quit.

The addled actor's has continued his booze-and-drug fueled hooker binge in LA after trashing a Plaza Hotel room while partying with a porn star, it was reported Sunday.

"It's been a non-stop party of drugs and hookers since Charlie got home," a source told RadarOnline.com. "His handlers have no idea how to get him to stop."

"He is completely out of control," the source said. "No one can get through to him."

Since his arrest in New York Tuesday, the "Two and a Half Men" star darted back to Los Angeles and has not stopped partying, inviting a steady stream of professional women to his house.

"Charlie's cocaine use is out of control," the source said. "The situation has gotten even worse."

One friend, who has reportedly known the actor for 20 years, told the gossip site: "Charlie Sheen is going to die this week."

Sheen, 45, tore apart the Plaza Hotel room after he couldn't find his wallet and cell phone and accused the porn star he was with, Capri Anderson, of stealing them.

Naked and ranting incoherently, Sheen chased the nude Capri into a closet from which she called hotel security while cowering behind the door.

Cops were called and Sheen, who has had several stints in rehab, was taken in for a psychiatric evaluation but was not charged,

Anderson, 22, whose real name is Christina Walsh, says she felt her life was in danger and is mulling a lawsuit against Sheen, who never paid her $12,000 escort fee, TMZ has reported.

The "Eight Men Out" actor had partied with Anderson and pals earlier in the night at exclusive East Side boite Daniel.

There he plunked down $11,000 on booze and tried to lure the skin-flick star in the bathroom for a cocaine-fueled romp, but she declined.

I take EVERYTHING I read in the press with a grain of salt. The mainstream media cannot be trusted, and they're more than willing to fabricate stories to sell papers.
