Charlie Sheen

I read an interview in a magazine w/him YEARS ago, and he was repulsive THEN. Can't imagine him changing. Do people who behave like that really ever change??? At least their basic nature? I think he's got some major problems.

I am definitely in the minority here, but I like Charlie Sheen and love Two and a Half Men. This disappoints me because it is just plain wrong, of course, but also because I thought he was on the track to getting his act together. Guess not...

His dad has done all the right things as far as not enabling Charlie or bailing him out of trouble. Charlie just keeps reverting (or maybe never stops) the same destructive behavior patterns. Some people will not help themselves change.

I always thought he quickly married this new one to try and clean-up his image which was being attacked by Denise Richards. Charlie married the recent wife awfully quickly and had those kids immediately.

You have to give yourself time to heal from a broken relationship, but in Hollywood, they just jump back in.

What an A$$. I'd hate to see those eyes glaring at me. Nice mug shot.

Yet these things never have an effect on his very successful career.
Hollywood actors/celebs, sportstars, really they can pretty much do whatever they like and they're quickly and easily forgiven.

Sorry to say but I think in America particularly, the general populace is too forgiving. Look at *******, the Kobe Bryrants of the world and so on. No matter what they get up to, people forget soon enough and quite frankly I get the impression they don't really care. Did *******'s indiscretions affect him? I see he's still on the public speaking circuit and being paid for it, so I'm guessing not. Does anyone care about Kobe Bryant's philandering? Michael Jordan's? I think a select few do but the majority don't. They're all granted immunity and why? Because they're famous and some would add [present company excluded] charismatic.

Same with Sheen. Look at what he's done [all those hookers, the drugs], calling his wife the N word and what happens? He gets signed up for a sitcom and is interviewed after his wife gives birth to twins and everyone's all smiles.

Do you guys honestly think the producers and their immoral cohorts care about the character of the person? Sorry but they don't. All they care about is the dollar sign.

Having read through that thread and the use of the N word...sheesh. I mean this guy's a Jew. And he has the audacity to hurl such racial invectives against her, the mother of his children!! I wonder how *he'd* feel if someone called him [and I don't mean to offend] a "dirty J--"?
