Why do they all need fertility treatments I wonder... just to speed the process along? (Some need them I know, so don't anyone yell at me... )
I know! I just don't get it why none of these couples will admit it. It's nothing to be ashamed of, but no.... it was all natural and suddenly all the hollywood couples have twins.
You know, I used to think that, but I have seen a ton of people also in real life getting pregnant with twins. I believe any actress over 35 yes (Marcia Cross admitted it), but not younger...doctors don't perform IVF on women younger than that.
For example, Angie said that she would have been happy to discuss it in the interview with People Mag and I believe her, because remember that she was working during the summer (Wanted, Filming in Prague) and during the fall (Changeling) and she was traveling, moving (between NOLA, NYC, LA)...etc. Women who go through these procedures are advised not to do anything for several months, and the chances of getting pregnant are slim to none. Very few women get pregnant through that, most have to try several times.
^ I believe Angie - when natural women who already have children are at a higher likelihood for twins. Just like older women who have already had kids have an easier time getting pregnant than older women who have never had children. Your body goes into a naturally fertile state for a while just after you've had a baby.
I do believe other couples in hollywood simply do it to speed things along, though. They have the money, I guess, so why not. Then after you have the twins you can get a tummy tuck and magically lose all the loose tummy skin you got while making them.

That's actually not true at all. It has nothing to do with age. Fertility problems can start much earlier than that, and there are plenty of reproductive endocrinologists who are more than happy to do IVF under age 35.
You also don't have to have IVF to increase your chances of twins. IVF increases your chances of multiples for sure, but simply taking Clomid will increase your chances of twins.
While I believe celebrities definitely have their right to privacy and it's none of our business with their personal matters, especially things like this, it's also frustrating what misconceptions they spread to the general public. "Twins run in our family", "I just breastfed to get my body back", etc. While it's true for some, for all of them to claim that is a load of crap.
No, if you have been actively trying for more than a year with no results, doctors will suggest some form of fertility treatment, if you want. They don't wait until you are 35.
actualy many woman have endomestriosis and that cause fertility problems and you can have endomestriosis at a young age.

^^ Don't get him...wouldn't want to. Fertility problems can occur at any age. I'm not sure Dr.'s would allow fertility treatments unless there was an issue. And then there are those w/history of twins in families...

And he certainly wasnt looking like a married man with twin sons on the way as he surrounded himself with pretty young women, partied with Spin City costar Michael Boatman at Privé and got lap dances at the strip club Spearmint Rhino.
Hes still carrying on and boozing, a source tells Star.
His weekend away from Brooke did more harm than good for his marriage. When she got wind of what Charlie was up to in Las Vegas, she went off the deep end, says an insider. And upon his return to L.A. on Oct. 28, the fighting picked up right where it left off.
Except this time Brooke upped the ante. She told her husband of only five months basically to shape up or shes going to ship out. Shes expecting their sons, and she wants them to be one big happy family, says a source. Shes got the ***** card, and they both know it.
