They were multiple articles online stating that Charlie was the victim of a death hoax and his rep had to send out a statement that he is still alive. Apparently he "died" in a single car accident.

Yes,. Why would anyone think that was funny? Lots of sick people out there.

One of Charlie's fans remarked that he doesn't smile much in fan pics now.

I have been noticing that Morgana looks happy in all the new photos of her on her facebook and another of her fans pointed that out.

I think Charlie is so gracious with his fans. I can't imagine working the kind of hours he does and then stopping to take pictures with his fans. He's such a class act.

Don't doubt that Charlie is a class act - that is why we are his fans, but if you look at his photos with his fans, you don't see the big smile much anymore. Throughout his career, I am sure he worked the long hours, and, in this time frame, is accustomed to it. Even the famous, just like the rest of us, have problems occasionally. This isn't a criticism - just an observation!

Perhaps you haven't seen all the pics. There are many from Friday night where he appeared very happy. They also had a late wrap a couple nights last week. From what I understand it was after midnight both Thursday and Friday before they finished up so after a long day, I'm sure he is exhausted and wants to get home.

sunmeadow, Perhaps you didn't see the ones with the fans that have been printed where the smile definitely wasn't there. I have read several comments about that. I believe that the absence of the smile surprised some fans. Most fans like Charlie regardless, but did notice that he didn't look like he was in the moment. Thanks for the smilies of Charley.

Yes, I have seen the ones where he isn't smiling, but didn't see a need to post them because you seem to have seen them all. I posted these so others here wouldn't think he was wallowing in self-pity and hadn't smiled in days! As I said before, he could have just been tired after a long day. It takes a fraction of a second to capture a photo, so it's kind of unfair to speculate on his personal life based on that. I certainly hope no one would tried and decipher what is going on in my life based on pictures. They would more often than not be wrong.

sunmeadow, I don't believe anyone would suggest that he is "wallowing in self pity." LOL I have seen several mentions of his not smiling, but don't believe they were suggesting that it had anything to do with his personal life. Don't think you should take remarks as personal to you. We all have our opinions and ideas. We don't see enough of his personal life to make suggestions like you are referring to. All of his fans have opinions - not just you, and I don't believe anyone is trying to hurt him. Some fans seem to get so tied up in a celebrity's life that they do take it personally.

Others may not have suggested his apparent unhappiness has anything to do with his personal life, but you did:

sunmeadow, How is saying that his girlfriend looks happy have anything to do with Charlie's personal life? Not everyone's life is dependent upon their significant other. He has a career (it could be that); he has family elsewhere (it could be that). Not smiling doesn't necessarily infer that you are unhappy. I said he didn't look like he was "in the moment." Don't try to read something in the remarks of a complete stranger. Think you are the one suggesting he is unhappy. I don't know him, therefore, I cannot judge that.
