He's talking about the scene in Frankie Go Boom when he's wrestling the pig at the pool. He then says that the pig peed on him and I think the fan says "I'd pee on you" but I'm not sure.

TMZ was also present on Wednesday when Charlie got his parking ticket and they asked him about another biker driving by who blasted Celine Dion tunes out of his bike.

OMG!!! Charlie made it onto the British GQ Style. I'm happy for him because it's a great cover (he's looking delicious) since the magazine only appears bi-annual so they're picky. I'm curious about the interview they surely did with him. Not so happy that Terry "Creeper" Richardson did the shoot.
