I love my Chanel bags but my vote goes to Picotin, it’s so easy to use and truly one of my favourites.
Picotin all the way. Classier, more European-like, if you will. But you are asking it on a Chanel forum so the answers might be biased. I like and own both brands.

I have both and it depends what addition you would like to add into your collection. WOC is great for errands, traveling (it sits very close to your body), and nights out. Picotin is more of a casual everyday bag.
I agree with this. If you don't have a WOC yet, I would get a WOC. It is more hands off compared to the picotin

I love Hermes but the Picotin is really quite ugly in my (I’m sure unpopular) opinion.
I’m not a Woc fan either - it’s not a bag it’s a wallet on a chain. It’s great for quick errands but I would prefer a mini flap which is more versatile.

Personally for me neither.
Not a WOC person. No WOC has ever worked for my lifestyle no matter how hard I tried.
I like the idea of the Picotin but it's not really my aesthetic. I may prefer a large one, large enough to carry on the shoulder, but it's mostly a hand-held or crook of the arm bag for many.
I also don't like the wide square base. It's great for setting down and not spilling over, I get it. But its boxy shape makes it a big cumbersome and bulky.
I think it looks cute on many people and they can style it right, but currently a no for me.

I prefer the Pico overall BUT since you are going to Europe I think you would want handsfree/crossbody so I voted for WOC for that reason alone.
The picotin is super cute and can hold a lot. That being said, I sold mine... I can't do a bag that you have to hold all the time lol. So I vote woc since it's just more versitile. I guess it comes down to your personal style though.

Every now and then I feel like I might like a Picotin, but I can’t quite get over how much it looks like a small plastic grocery bag that you lug about. I feel a WOC is more practical and cute, personally!
These two bags are entirely different. They have nothing in common. I am personally not a fan of the WOC, and I like the casual bucket nature of the pico. However, I prefer hand held bags and I like boxy bags that don’t fit snug to the body.
