Chanel woc - help please gold or silver ?

Hi I REALLY NEED HELP! I purchased a 20B burgundy classic regular WOC last week by phone and my SA mailed it to me. I saw a very tiny spot that the paint of the leather chipped so that spot is the color of dark grey (it's not very noticeable but you can still see that colored spot). I texted my SA the pic and she said it's a stitch hole. I said it's not a stitch hole for sure so she had her manager called me. Basically the manager said he has seen many bags and that is definitely not a defect. He said Chanel pursues artisan not perfection. REALLY??!! I might ok with this spot on my bag but I disagree with what he said. I expect the quality...

I attached a pic. Please let me know what do you think? Am I being too picky? Will this get worse or big down the road...

Also, I had twice exchanging experience at this boutique but ended up kept the bag. If I request another exchange with this one, can they put me on a NOT TO SELL person in their system? My SA has mentioned this before... I feel if that's the case, I'm done with Chanel in the future but just curious to know. THANK YOU!

Personally, I think you’re being too picky. I can hardly see what you’ve circled and zoomed in on so I doubt it’s noticeable IRL. Now if it were a tear in the leather I would be concerned about it getting worse. Just my two cents. Take my opinion with a grain of salt...you’re the one who will have to live with this imperfection so if it bothers you then don’t settle.

Thanks for your input very reasonable:) The thing is it’s brand new and I’m not even sure how should I view it... a tear or “normal” flaw...
But anyway I think I’ll keep this woc since it is truly tiny and I was told there is no perfect Chane bag out there lol.

Hi dear, wow it’s so amazing how you keep your bag look so nice after 5 years of constantly wear :). I’m thinking to get a lambskin WOC with silver hw too. I’m a casual girl rarely dress up. Does lambskin too fancy for me? Thank you

@sisterhood,based on the previous poster’s info Because of the size it sounds hard wearing enough to wear on a regular basis, fancy event or not. The original poster was wearing a casual outfit when trying on her WOCs and I think they looked great.
