Thank you both! I'll keep an eye out for vintage because of the price of the current version, even though I do find the new version beige gold softer/easier to go with outfits (vs. the vintage yellow gold, which may seem too dressy to some).

While I was searching TPF, I found this post where someone's new watch clasp broke... which worries me because overall, quality seems to be an issue (leather, stitching on purses), but you'd think watch and jewelry creation is different from purse creation and have less issues.

The mod shot really helps! This makes want it more lol Looks so pretty on your writst. Doesn't look as yellow as I think / see in other pictures.

For sizing, did you choose a size that let's it move up and down a bit?

Here's mine. Got it in 1999. Had the leather replaced one time, otherwise, it's still in pristine condition. Best purchase ever.

I'm glad the saleslady recommended the stainless steel to me, she thought it was refreshing and modern looking on me.
