Are you in the US? Unless your SA signed you up for "InChanel" experience, you won't see the new collection on the app until launch day usually. For those that have it, including myself l, will see the preview for the collection about one week before launch on the app.

Unless you're in one of the European countries that already had their launch day then you'll see it if you change countries.
