Love the black bag w beads on the chain -- is it lambskin? And is it impossible to adjust the strap length bc of the beads?

Yes, it is lambskin. The chain is not adjustable though I guess you could double it up like the regular mini, but the beads might create marks on the flap’s interior.

I haven’t seen the round ones in person but from pictures they look kinda wonky?

Very true. I told my SA to take that bag off my wishlist when I saw the display because “they don’t look well made enough”. The caviar quality looks poor too. I wanted to love the bag as it was top on my list based on stock pictures, but I just couldn’t convince myself. In fact, I was quite disappointed that Chanel couldn’t do better with this bag, I loved the design.

Yes they look wonky in person and the stitching seemed off. A lot of the new bags looked wonky with poor stitching.

Which round ones are you referring to? I know when I held the sweetheart caviar flap with pearl crush adjustable chain, the leather was dry and it had indentations from poor packaging. The half moon bag you purchased, the leather is lovely with that slight shiny coating and it makes it more luxurious imo.

Don’t know what it’s called but the shape is round with a top handle.

Thanks! I saw this one in pink and the light green too. It might have been the batch, the black leather was actually quite well made.
