Yeah the color is BEAUTIFUL but the bag itself is not all butterflies... I will try and see if I can get an exchange tmr... The thing is this bag is under my hubby's name and this is the only purchase on his profile. There is a chance I *may* have to just settle with it if exchanging is not an option and if returning will mess with the 1 bag/month limit :facepalm:

Omg my mini flap in black color have the same problem, leather looks like it ripped at the stitches, I wonder that is common defect from 22p collection and that was my first purchase from my account under my name ‍♀️Have to returned

Minis always have some issues I found :sad: But yes exchange if possible! Also, I hope this is not a 22p thing... because I don’t want to go through this again when the light pink arrives:facepalm:
 
Got it. I just smelled all of them lol. I mean they have always smelled like chemicals to me and again I don't have any old ones to compare. Doesn't bother me as much though!
I am in Canada so I understand the whole return policy thing.

I would definitely return but you will have a credit of $12k. Do you have an excellent relationship with your SA? If you return, there is a chance that your SA won't seek you out when a new bag arrives. If your SA becomes less responsive, then it will be up to you to go back to the store and find a bag when there's low stock. If your SA keeps an eye out on incoming stock then you will have to rush to the store to get it before someone else does. I don't know if you can pre pay with a credit note. These are things to keep in mind when you have a store credit of 12k at Chanel.
 
You all I've finally received my 22p light blue cf. What can I say, I LOVE it!!! :panic: I can definitely see a tiny bit (imo) grey undertone, but I honestly think this is the bluest I would go to stay neutral. I see the Melody flaps, backpack, WOC and camera case are released! Anybody have intel on the waist bag? I can’t seem to find any info on IG. I know waist bags are not the most popular but this one looks like it can carry more stuff then the tiny cardholder ones! Lol

Could I get everyone’s opinion please? I did a phone order and when my CCH came, it didn’t have any cloth/felt to inbetween the flap and the bag inside, it also didn’t come with a tag. Is it supposed to?

Also, would these things bother you?
1. the flap from the front is slanted.
2. the gap on the side of the bag is bigger on one side.
3. The diamonds don’t line up on either side.
4. All the horizontal wrinkles.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!! TIA :heart:
I don't believe we receive the tags in Canada at all but the felt should have been included. I'm curious as to whether this was originally a return as someone else didn't like the look of it. If you haven't contacted your SA I would do so ASAP and see what they suggest. They could most likely even send you the felt since it wasn't originally included. I would suggest in the future to ask the SA to take multiple pictures at all angles so you know what you are receiving as well as asking them to confirm that you would like the felt, stickers etc included. Some people are picky and some aren't so until your SA knows what you want they may just do what's easier for them. I'm not sure if this specific bag is still available in Canada (you might want to call the cs line and see if it is) and if so return it (although the next one may be better or may be worse). When you look at this bag in the future it should only bring you happiness so if you don't think it will then I would take the credit. Good luck and let us know how you make out.
