Oh my goodness that is quite some waiting... I texted my SA yesterday and told her I'd love to compare 22s and 22p pinks whenever reserve opens. I mean might as well :facepalm: (Thanks for letting us know also!!)

Wow this is bad for a brand new bag!
Personally, this would bug me as I want to be responsible for all the scuffs on my bags, but if you are okay with it, then keep it. The color is so light, it is bound to happen.

I'm not a fan of coco handles so I'm not sure how scarce they are. Could your SA try to locate another one? Last season there was a slight defect with light beige flap I've ordered and I was told they won't be able to get me another one, but at the end they did. So maybe it's worth asking your SA?

I’ll ask. I don’t know if scuffs are super common for coco handles though. This was brand new so it’s opportunity to get scuffed like this was low and it still happened. If this style is prone to this I may chalk this up to I wasn’t meant to have this style and will just get something else. I was able to confirm from the unboxing I did that this scuff was present from the moment of opening. :(

I’ve owned a bunch of coco handles and unfortunately due to the sharp corners they are very prone to scuffs. However most of the scuffs I’ve seen are more like rubbing… this one looks pretty bad as it’s large and black. I would definitely see if you can exchange it if you like the style but keep in mind that the coco will likely get rubbing regardless.

Coco handle corners on the bottom are the first to go and wear easy. I think it’s best to just wear them top handle which will reduce the corners wearing

thank you. If this isn’t what the normal wearing is like I will try to exchange for the same thing.

I would bring it back to the boutique and see if they can clean it off. There was some glue on my black mini flap with top handle and they brought it to the back and were able to clean/buff it off. Hopefully it’s just dirt on the surface and not really scratched.
